After downloading and expanding the Cookie Monster ZIP file, you will get two .bex files, one for the core functionality,  and one for the iframe embeds.

Drag and drop the .bex files to the Blocs application icon to install the files. Or, select all .bex files and choose Open With > Blocs.app.
